Here’s the “real talk” bit…..Embarking on a personal training cycle with me will require a certain level of commitment. If you’re REALLY ready to make changes in your life and LEARN the fundamental principles of weight loss/muscle gain, nutrition and training then this is the service for you. I’m here to help those who WANT and are READY to be helped. If you’re not committed you’ll be wasting your own time, my time AND more importantly your money!!!

What else is included?
During the personal training cycle you will have access to me via Whatsapp to ask any questions you might have. I will also grant you access to my database and feed you daily articles/videos/general musings that will teach you everything you need to know about nutrition and training. By the time your cycle is finished you will be equipped with everything you need to know about training and nutrition.
NOTE: During the 1 hour sit down we will build 3 to 4 programme cards for the week ahead. The level 2 and 3 service just allows you to complete one or two of the programme cards in the gym/park/home with me to assist like a normal PT session. If you feel pretty comfortable in the gym already then the level 2 and 3 service isn’t really necessary.
